Sills right side - cut off

While cutting off the right side sill there were soem cable ties and nails in it that must have falled down from the inner pockets.

By the looks of it the rear inner sills will be ok although I need to plate the section that covers the end of the central cross member and install the new jacking point.

Sills right side - Jacking point

The metal that was the closure of the tunnel crossmember was rotten so new peices were made and fitted. The jacking point was also pretty rotten so a new one was fitted. I was thinking while I was fitting it that it was ironic because I never use these jacking points!

Sills right side - trial fit

A trial fit of the new sill. It's a non-genuine sill but it's a fairly good fit, I needed to grind off a few millimeters from the rear edge and make the fold on the little front lip a bit sharper but thats it.
